Our experience shows that As-built drawings are rarely treated with the importance they deserve. Often ignored by building owners who do not realize its importance, as-built drawings are crucial for troubleshooting and repairing of services such as electrical and air conditioning systems.

Often enough, we are requested to produce as-built drawings for an existing building preparing for retrofitting works, renovation works or in order to simply update the existing drawings for archiving.

Our Drafting team will visit the building to survey and record all information of the existing services. We will then transfer all the information into AutoCAD drawings and/or pdf format whichever preferred.
