CHALLENGES :
DX Assays Pte Ltd is a German firm and they just started a laboratory operation in Singapore. With this new premise, we need to liaise with the Germany counterparts to understand their requirements for this new laboratory premise. On top of that, all the M&E designs will be approved by the counterpart in Germany.
Another challenge, AZIL and our business partner are only given about 2 months to complete all the works so that they can start their operation in Singapore soonest possible.

b. Fire Sprinkler System
c. Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System
d. FM 200 Fire Suppression System for Server Room
e. Card Access Security System
f. Audio Visual System
g. Plumbing and Drainage System
h. IT Infrastructure System
RESULTS :
We managed to complete all the major M&E works within the timeframe.
